Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with:

A strong entrepreneurial spirit, an intense desire to succeed, and limitless passion for our industry

10+ years selling IT staffing or consulting services, with at least 4 years managing  a sales team of 5 to10

Experience selling staffing within the Financial/Brokerage/Investment industry is a very big plus

Demonstration of strong vision and leadership skills with proven success in building a sales team, creating new opportunities, and the ability to partner with recruiters and operations personnel

The ability to identify major accounts and work with the sales team to identify the decision makers and develop presentations

Strong sales management skills with the ability to develop metrics and goals

A forward thinking individual who is interested in social networking and technology to better serve our clients and consultants

Job Description

Business Development

  • Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients
  • Recognizing and expanding upon changing seasonal/market conditions
  • Attending industry related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge
  • Obtaining viable job orders from clients through marketing / prospecting

Recruiting Candidates

  • Managing the entire lifecycle recruitment process for Allied Health, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
  • Identifying new and creative ways to source highly qualified physicians
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to get to know potential clinicians and their skills
  • Educating clinicians on the trends of the market place and finding an ideal job opportunity

Required Skills

  • 1-5 years of experience in the sales or recruiting industry (any clinical specialty preferred, however not necessary for success)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Burning desire to succeed
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
