Eugene Holtzman
President and Founders of Mitchell/Martin Inc. (MMI), a 24 year old technology staffing and solutions firm.
Established in 1984, MMI specializes in the recruitment of Contract and Permanent Information Technology professionals nationwide. The company provides staff augmentation, solutions, permanent placement and payroll services to a wide range of clients nationally.
MMI has earned the reputation for results and professionalism from both its clients and consultants and is in the forefront of developing new paradigms and processes that make recruiting infomation technology professionals a more effective and efficient endeavor. Holtzman has frequently been quoted in professional trade publications, and has consulted with many CIOs on issues addressing recruiting, retention, compensation and the use of search technology.
Mike Church 
Vice President – Mike is our Vice President of Staff Development. He has been in the IT Staffing Industry for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Richmond College with a BA in Psychology. He has been with MMI since 1984 in both sales and recruitment functions. His strength is in designing high volume recruitment programs and specializes in serving the IT staffing needs of the financial industry. Mike has spearheaded (RPO) Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Payroll Pass through projects for several Fortune 500 clients of MMI. 
Joseph Schimpf 
Chief Financial Officer - MMI has very strong Finance and Administrative Departments directed by our Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Schimpf. He is an MBA in Finance as well as a BA in Economics and Accounting. Joe has been with since 1997 as well as twelve years of previous experience working at CitiGroup, Shearson and Dean Witter. Joe has extensive financial management experience and has managed numerous operational projects at MMI and other firms.
Matthew Franklin 
Director of Recruiting - Matt has been with MMI for the past eight years. He began his tenure at MMI as a Researcher back in 1997. He moved on to become a Sr. Technical Recruiter for 6 years, participating in the rapid expansion of MMI's consulting practice. He is currently managing our recruiting function for MMI's Information Technology practice. Under Matt’s leadership, our consulting practice has flourished, growing our recruiting staff to 25 dedicated full-time recruiters capable of servicing large scale, nationwide clients in various industries. He was also integral in the selection and implementation of our state of the art "applicant management system" which enables MMI to respond to our clients needs in a faster, more accurate fashion. Matt has a Masters degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Binghamton University. 
Kevin Case 
Chief Operating Officer - Kevin has been in the Staffing Industry since 1988 and has held Executive positions with public and private companies with P&L repsonsibilities in excess of $100,000,000 across the United States. He joined Mitchell/Martin, Inc. in 2007 to assist in the growth goals of the executive management team. Kevin directs the operations of the company that supports the Sales and Recruiting teams across the country.
Junette Eng
Director of Operations - Junette has worked in a range of roles at MMI over the past 20 years. She started her career with MMI in 1984, working part time while attending college. Since then she has worked in various capacities, working in the Technology division on a sales desk doing Permanent Placement and Contract Technical Recruiting and assisting in the purchase and implementation of the first new database system and training MMI staff. As Technology Recruiting Manager, Junette has helped MMI grow by assisting in the expansion of the Consulting practice. As Operations Manager, Junette now supports the backoffice functions of MMI and manages all the operations of the Immigration process. Junette has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Pace University in Management Information Systems.
Liz Buckman
MIS Manager – Liz has been with MMI since 1993. She started as our in-house technical person while also handling our payroll and billing. With MMI’s growth and commitment to technology and training, Liz has taken the lead in ensuring that our infrastructure is state-of-the-art and our staff uses all the tools we provide to their maximum effectiveness. During this time, we have had two major database conversions and completely upgraded our entire infrastructure. Liz has a BS in Business Management and 18 years in the Information Technology industry.
Marie Romano
Vice President of Scientific Division - With 20 years of proven business and sales experience, Marie joined MMI's Health Care and Life Aciences Division in 1997. She has developed a loyal client and candidate base and directs the daily sales and recruiting functions within the Division. Her early career began in International Banking Operations at HSBC and later joined Mellon Bank, where she earned the status of International Banking Officer. In 1987 she began a professional product sales career in the Cosmetic industry for Clairol, Framesi USA, and Farouk System. She earned a Certificate in International Banking from the AIB Institute of NYC and attended St. John's University as a Business major.
