Job Description

Application Development Level 3  – Contract – $61-71 Per HR

Join our team as a Level 3 Application Developer, where you will contribute to building enterprise-grade AI systems. This hybrid role, based in the Northeastern U.S., requires expertise in full-stack development and AI technologies. The position offers a contract opportunity with options for W2 or C2C arrangements.

Description

  • Design and evolve AI workflow primitives and services.
  • Develop AI-powered assistants for core applications.
  • Guide architecture decisions for AI models and workflows.
  • Establish practices for AI system management and reliability.
  • Implement controls for data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote AI capabilities.
  • Ensure system stability through real-world testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design reusable AI workflow components.
  • Develop embedded AI assistants in applications.
  • Define architecture decisions for AI systems.
  • Establish AI management and testing practices.
  • Ensure data security and compliance in AI systems.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with production AI systems.
  • 7 years of full-stack or platform engineering experience with proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with AI system patterns and workflows.
  • Expertise in AI system management and reliability.
  • Experience in document processing and retrieval systems.
