Application Programmer – Charlotte, NC – Contract – $68-73 Per HR

Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role providing production and technical support. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, this onsite contract position requires expertise in monitoring application health and payment processing. You'll be responsible for incident resolution, transaction recovery, and collaborating with various teams to enhance platform stability using advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 production and technical support.
  • Monitor application health and payment processing.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Coordinate global shift handoffs and maintain operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with application, middleware, database, and operations teams to restore services.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of production or technical support experience.
  • Proficient in incident and problem management.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL databases.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to support releases and recovery activities.
