Job Description

Business Analyst – Plano, TX – Contract – $36-46 Per HR

This is a fully onsite contract role focusing on the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. The position involves data analysis and dashboard development using generic technology platforms. Responsibilities include automating sales and survey data with AI-driven workflows and enhancing data-driven decision-making. Required technologies include generic data visualization and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows for data integration with ETL streams.
  • Create and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Generate insights using data from multiple sources to drive decisions.
  • Conduct strategy analysis using AI tools to evaluate market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience focused on automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for data analysis and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
