Job Description

Business Analyst – Contract – $29-39 per HR

Description

  • Support brand execution and retail operations reporting.
  • Audit and document current data workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Migrate and validate data processes using a new analytics platform.
  • Design AI-assisted internal reporting solutions for stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to confirm requirements and test outputs.
  • Produce clear documentation and knowledge assets.
  • Perform quality assurance and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and document existing workflows and data processes.
  • Migrate workflows to a new analytics platform and ensure output parity.
  • Design and build AI-assisted reporting solutions for internal use.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirements and obtain sign-off.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for the internal team.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in data workflow development and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms and migration processes.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance reporting solutions.
  • Strong skills in SQL and data blending techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical work to non-technical audiences.
