Job Description

Business Analyst – Contract – $26-36 per HR

Description

The role involves initiating sales processes with selected vendors and managing the entire sales order lifecycle to ensure accurate processing from receipt to fulfillment. The candidate will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments. This position requires proficiency in generic enterprise resource planning systems and office software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and organize truck loads based on customer needs and warehouse constraints.
  • Communicate daily with the logistics team to ensure timely information flow.
  • Collaborate with vendors to efficiently receive and process orders.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies during the order process.
  • Maintain and generate weekly trackers to monitor sales progress.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems and office software, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with prior experience in sales and account management.
