Title: CCR Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation:
Pay Range:$190,000-$220,000 Per Year

Description
This full-time role in the Charlotte, NC area involves managing a portfolio of technology programs supporting business and operational goals. 
The position requires a strong background in project management and technology within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of technology programs, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
Establish governance frameworks, including scope and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee Program Management Office structures, defining ownership and accountability.
Align program priorities with strategic objectives and operational needs.
Monitor program performance, risks, and financials, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications
10 years of experience leading complex technology programs or project portfolios.
Proven experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Strong expertise in project management, including planning and risk management.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information.
