IT Project Manager – Jersey City, NJ – Contract – $65-70 Per HR

Description

This contract position in the Mid-Atlantic region involves hybrid work. The role centers on project management in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will work with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver technology solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in managing complex projects and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze requirements, and develop documentation.
  • Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and drive accountability.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project and technical management, with a focus on large-scale data platforms.
  • Proven ability in business analysis and translating requirements into technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
