IT Security Specialist – Addison, TX – Contract – $93-98 per HR

Description

Join our team as a Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Specialist in Addison, TX. This is a contract position with opportunities for W2 or C2C engagement. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing security and compliance solutions across the enterprise. Your expertise in cloud-based productivity solutions and stakeholder management will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of security and compliance solutions.
  • Define and maintain frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Architect solutions focusing on data protection, governance, and compliance.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure solutions meet security and regulatory standards.
  • Drive automation and control implementation for enhanced monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 10 years’ experience in architecture and engineering across email services.
  • Expert-level knowledge of collaboration services both cloud and on-premise.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices.
