Nurse Practitioner (Field) – New York, NY (Onsite) – Full Time- $140,000 -$150,000 Per Year

Compensation:
Pay Range: $140,000 -$150,000 Per Year

Description:
• This position is for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in fieldwork, located in New York, NY. 
• It is a full-time role requiring in-person patient interactions, with responsibilities including direct patient care, management of chronic conditions, and telehealth services. 
• Proficiency in electronic medical records is essential.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Licensed and Registered in New York State
• Certified by AANP or ANCC
• BLS Certified
• Achieves and maintains HIV specialist status
• Possess or obtain a DATA Waiver for Buprenorphine Prescribing within 90 days
• Accumulate a minimum of 15 HIV specific CME credits annually

Qualifications:
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/French)
• Experience with hard-to-reach populations such as homeless, immigrants, and substance users
• Desire to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Leadership abilities with troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work off hours as required
