Compensation:
Pay Range: $120,000-$125,000 Per Year

Description:
• This position involves providing high-quality orthopedic outpatient and surgical care in Wilton, CT. 
• The role is full-time, requiring a commitment from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 
• The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating with physicians and the broader healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced orthopedic clinical environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism and reliability in providing high-quality patient care.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; a master's degree is preferred.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Current Physician Assistant license issued by the State of Connecticut.
• Previous orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
• Continuing education and credentials to maintain active certification and licensure.
