Pay Range:$69.00-$74.00 Per Hr

Description
Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Vienna, VA, as a Program Manager. 
This contract position involves leading program initiatives, aligning strategic goals, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes. 
You'll be responsible for program delivery, performance analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with leadership to translate strategic priorities into program goals and define key performance indicators.
Apply strategic thinking to assess program opportunities and recommend approaches that support priorities.
Stay current on emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to improve program delivery and decision-making.
Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables while minimizing risks.

Qualifications
Working knowledge of strategy execution frameworks like OKRs or Balanced Scorecard.
Experience in translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Extensive experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships.
Expert project management skills, including leading project teams and managing timelines.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience.
