Description
Join our team as a Program Manager III in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in San Diego, CA. 
This contract position requires a highly organized individual to manage program submissions, coordinate feedback, and maintain documentation. 
The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams using standard project management tools.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end submission and review processes, ensuring timely feedback from all stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit-readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage a tracking system with clear action items, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Facilitate stakeholder communication to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Simplify complex discussions into actionable steps for swift implementation.

Qualifications
Proven experience in program management with a focus on compliance-sensitive projects.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and documentation systems.
