Registered Nurse – Primary Care – Bay Ridge, NY (Onsite) – Contract, Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week – $50.00-52.00 Per HR

Compensation:
Pay Range: $50.00-52.00 Per HR

Description:
• Seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in Primary Care for a contract position in East New York, NY. 
• This role requires providing comprehensive patient care, including treatment, charting, and care planning. 
• The position is full-time, with a weekday schedule.

Requirements:
• Develop care plans based on patient needs and nursing team skills.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing education activities.
• Teach and support patients with self-care management.
• Handle requests for medication refills and follow up on abnormal lab results.
• Coordinate outpatient work-up and treatment plans.
• Provide direct care for patients needing assessments and checks.
• Monitor patients awaiting transport to Emergency Room.

Qualifications:
• Completion of nursing training from an accredited school.
• 1-2 years of experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med Surg, ER, or Occupational Health.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Pediatric experience required.
