Residential Counselor (CASAC or CASAC – T) – Astoria, NY (Onsite) – Full Time – Mon-Fri 03:00pm-11:00pm – One Weekend Rotation – $50,000-$55,000 Per Year

Compensation:
Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 Per Year

Description:
• Join our team as a Residential Counselor in Astoria, NY, where you'll provide individual and group counseling in a 24-hour residential treatment setting. 
• This full-time position requires a CASAC or CASAC-T certification and offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on clients' recovery journeys. 
• The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and requires regular evening shifts.

Requirements:
• CASAC or CASAC-T certification required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Critical thinking and judgment skills
• Experience in substance abuse treatment or related service delivery system

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences plus 1 year of experience
• Associate's degree in behavioral or social sciences plus 2 years of experience
• High school diploma plus 3 years of paid experience in drug rehabilitation
