Title: Senior Manager Application Development

Location: Chicago, IL
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation:
Pay Range:$180,000-$210,000 Per Year

Description
The role involves leading application development teams to design and deliver secure, scalable applications in a financial services environment.
The position is based in Chicago, IL, and requires expertise in cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, and team leadership.
The candidate will work with various stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead application development lifecycle, including design, development, and support.
Guide teams in adopting modern engineering practices and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute application roadmaps.
Drive cloud-based application delivery with a focus on security and reliability.
Enhance Agile delivery practices across development teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
15 years of software engineering experience, with 5 years in team management.
Experience with enterprise application portfolios and cloud technologies.
Proven success in delivering applications using Agile methodologies.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
