Description
Join our team in Des Moines, IA, as a full-time Technical Lead for an AI Platform. 
This role involves leading the design and delivery of distributed systems, ensuring production reliability, and applying AI across the software development lifecycle. 
The ideal candidate will have experience with modern software engineering practices and a strong understanding of distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable, event-driven systems.
Ensure the reliability and security of production systems.
Implement AI-augmented development workflows.
Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions.
Align technical strategies with business priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6 years of experience in software or data-driven solutions.
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Proficiency in modern software engineering practices.
Strong communication skills for aligning teams around technical decisions.
