Mitchell Martin, Inc., a staffing industry leader, is pleased to announce that they have been awarded as a 2021 Top Workplace in New York City.
The Top Workplaces award is sponsored by Energage LLC, who conducted a survey to gather employee feedback. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
We are thrilled to receive this award, especially since this feedback came directly from our staff during one of the most difficult and uncertain times in our history. We’ve always been committed to our people, and this past year really showed us the importance of a great workplace culture in the lives of our staff. We were all affected by the challenges of 2020, yet our teams continuously proved their agility, empathy, and desire to not only succeed, but to empower others to succeed. I am truly honored to accept this award on behalf of our team here at MMI, who all equally share in this achievement.
