This year marks a big milestone for Mitchell Martin Inc. (MMI) as we celebrate our 40th anniversary!
Building a Legacy
Founded in July 1984 by Eugene Holtzman, a former social worker with a desire to help people and a belief in the power of technology, MMI has grown from a small office at 80 Wall Street into one of the largest IT staffing firms in the United States.
Over the decades, we have weathered numerous challenges—from the uncertainties following the tragic events of September 11, through the tumultuous financial crisis, to the recent global shifts prompted by COVID-19. Each of these moments has shown our resilience and agility, strengthening our resolve and our commitment to the MMI family and the clients we serve.
In 2023, we embraced an exciting new chapter by becoming an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company. This transformation has made our employees owners, ensuring MMI’s continued independence and preserving our unique culture and future vision. This shift further empowers our team and reinforces our dedication to the success of both our clients and candidates.
