I am a Corp / LLC - where do I submit my invoices?

If we are paying you through your Corp or LLC, you will have to submit your approved timesheets along with an invoice to pay@itmmi.com, following the timesheet schedule you would have received during onboarding. Once timesheet and invoice are received, you are then paid according to your Net terms.

What does Net 30 mean for my Corp / LLC Invoices?
Invoices that have Net 30 terms are paid 30 days after receipt of invoice and approved timesheet.
When am I eligible for 401K?
As an Independent Contractor (Corporation or LLC) you are not eligible for 401K.
I use a client timesheet system - do I need to use MMI's web based timesheet?
Each client has different time tracking processes. Some clients require you to use their time tracking system only; some clients require you use their system, along with our Webtime system; and there will be some clients where you will only use our Webtime system. The correct instructions will be relayed to you during your onboarding. If you have questions, you can always reach out to your onboarding liaison.
When are approved timesheets due?
Approved timesheets are all due on the Monday of the payroll week no later than 12 PM. It is always good practice to get it submitted as soon as possible to give your manager sufficient time to approve. Please check the Payroll schedule provided to you during your onboarding.
What happens if I am late with a timesheet?
If a timesheet is submitted late, it will be paid in the following pay period.
How do I change my banking information for my Corp / LLC?

All requests for bank changes must be sent to pay@itmmi.com.  Please submit a voided check, which should include the name of your corporation on the check or a copy of a Bank letter verifying your corporation and account information.

I have questions about my assignment, who do I contact?

Please contact your recruiter.

I submitted my time online prematurely, how can I get changed?

Contact payroll as soon as possible and we can have it rejected for you to make changes.

I haven't received instructions for Webtime, how can I enter my time?
Once you have completed your onboarding checklist in Paycom, we will then be able to provide you with Webtime access. You should receive your Webtime access no later than the first week of your new assignment. If you have not received Webtime access by the end of your first week on assignment please reach out to pay@itmmi.com.

I have logged into Webtime, but I do not have any active jobs online, what do I do?
Reach out to pay@itmmi.com as soon as possible.
I have submitted my time in Webtime, but it has been a few days and the time is still in submitted status, what do I do?
If you are noticing your time is not being approved on a timely basis, you must reach out to your client manager and let them know they must approve your time worked in the system.
The client I am working at goes on a different week ending than Mitchell Martin, which one do I follow?
Our default payroll week endings are Sundays, but if you are working at a client whose week ends on a different day, you must follow the client’s week ending date. However, payment will follow the Mitchell Martin payroll schedule.
Do we get time and a half for overtime hours?

If you qualify for overtime, it will be specified in your contract.

What if I cannot log into my client timesheet portal?
If your log in credentials are not working, or you cannot submit time in the client portal, you should let your client manager know and you should be able to contact the helpdesk within the portal.
