Job Description:

Business Development and Talent Acquisition

  • Identify and source viable prospective clients
  • Recognize trends and opportunities to expand upon changing market conditions

  • Negotiate MSAs from health care delivery centers through building trustworthy client relationships
  • Devise and implement marketing strategies to obtain job requisitions from healthcare clients

Willfully train motivated Account Managers on staff development and recruitment functions for fulfillment to:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle recruitment process
  • Identify and acquire talent via job boards, social networking, referrals, internal lead generation
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to fully qualify candidates and their skill set
  • Match talent to client hiring incentives
  • Maintain candidate pool for future hires to ensure quick submissions to client

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years in a sales role, preferably selling soft services
  • BS/BA Required
  • Prior work history with a base plus bonus/commission structure
  • Proven ability to build relationships and earn sales

The Daily Life of a Recruiter at MMI involves spending a significant amount of time on the phone and reviewing resumes. TITLE: Staff Accountant

Locations: NY

NY Based Technology and Healthcare staffing firm seeking a Junior Accountant to administer, manage, and oversee the financial accounting processes and reporting function. Established in 1984, this growing firm, headquartered in NYC, generates $175 million in Revenue and is expanding nationally. Dynamic organization where skills and effort are rewarded. This position requires both analytical mind-set coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit. Great opportunity for someone that has a solid combination of analytical, technical and people skills. This position offers a comprehensive knowledge from Payroll Taxes to Financial Reporting. Reports directly to the Sr. V.P. of Finance, with a dotted line to the COO, but will support overall Management team.

Major responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to assist with the preparation of Financial Statements and Support Schedules according to corporate time lines
  • Assist with the monthly close procedures
  • Prepare account reconciliations (cash, liabilities, fixed assets, payroll accruals) and supporting sub-ledgers
  • Research and resolve account reconciling items
  • Responsible for all aspects of Account Payables (entering vouchers, preparing cash liability statement and filing of documents)
  • Responsible all aspects of Corp to Corp payments on a biweekly basis
  • Process W2 Temporary Staff biweekly Payroll
  • Prepare and file monthly sales tax return
  • Manage internal Expense Report Processing as well as Corporate Card expense
  • Support other team members as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in Accounting required
  • 1 – 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
