Mitchell Martin was founded in 1984 by Gene Holtzman, a social worker whose career shift into staffing never changed his focus: helping people find better opportunities. That mindset still guides us today.
Our corporate social responsibility work is focused on career access, workforce development, and inclusive hiring. These efforts are closely tied to our business and driven by the people who work here.
