Built on purpose
Mitchell Martin was built on the belief that helping people is the key to success. Our founder, Eugene Holtzman, began his career as a social worker before starting the company in 1984. He saw firsthand how much impact the right opportunity could have on someone’s life—and he built a business around that idea.
That people-first mindset still drives us today. We use smart tools to help us find talent, but it’s our human insight that makes the difference. We don’t just fill roles—we build relationships, support careers, and help organizations grow stronger.
