Engineering Level 3 – Alpharetta, GA – Contract  – $53-63 Per HR

Description

Join a global firm in a remote capacity to enhance cloud security. Utilize your expertise in infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure cloud solutions. Focus on policy-as-code controls using generic technology tools. Drive scalable and compliant cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security controls for cloud services using generic technology tools.
  • Translate configuration requirements into enforceable policy-as-code.
  • Contribute to policy lifecycle: authoring, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish reusable policy libraries for scalable control implementation.
  • Communicate technical concepts to teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in cloud security engineering.
  • Proven experience in policy-as-code controls in production environments.
  • Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools and secure configuration patterns.
  • Experience integrating security controls into deployment pipelines.
