Description:
• Join our team as a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a hybrid role providing both Primary Care and Urgent Care services.
• This full-time position is based in the Bronx, NY, and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and proficient in using electronic medical records.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• NP or PA license in NYS
* Board Certification
