The Operations Analyst role is a hybrid position focused on enhancing operational processes within a trade finance environment. The role involves analyzing workflows, ensuring compliance, and implementing process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes to identify gaps and efficiency opportunities.
- Support the processing of trade finance instruments, including issuance and settlements.
- Review and improve workflows to enhance accuracy and risk controls.
- Collaborate with teams to support system enhancements and automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry rules, internal policies, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in trade finance operations with a focus on trade finance instruments.
- Strong understanding of industry rules and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
