Pay Range: $240,000-$250,000 Per Year

Description:
• Join our healthcare team as a Physician Assistant, providing leadership and clinical care across various settings in New York, NY. 
• This full-time position requires frequent travel between sites, focusing on adult and geriatric care. 
• The role includes direct patient care, clinical oversight, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience with a frail or elderly population.
• Ability to travel regularly across assigned locations.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills.
• Experience in geriatrics or palliative care preferred.

Qualifications:
• Formal education or equivalent experience in geriatrics or palliative care.
• No history of malpractice or license loss.
• Ability to manage a primary care caseload.
• Experience conducting post-hospitalization follow-ups.
• Capability to identify and implement care improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in conducting multidisciplinary activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
