Job Description

Project Manager – Contract – $58-68 per HR

Description:

Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to achieve goals.
Present proposals and findings to stakeholders.
Analyze resource needs and market demand to assess project feasibility.
Collaborate with management and staff to discuss project specifications.
Review contracts and cost estimates.
Manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize AI tools for process improvement and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital merchandising strategy and execution to enhance customer engagement.
Manage promotional updates to ensure accurate reflection across digital channels.
Execute merchandising plans for key sales moments and product launches.
Develop micro-segmented merchandising strategies using customer insights.
Analyze performance data to optimize product placement and promotional messaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5 years’ experience in ecommerce digital product operations.
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, UX, analytics, and marketing teams.
Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
