Software Developer – Plano, TX – Contract – $51-61 Per HR

Description

Join our team as a Software Developer focusing on testing tools, automation, and performance. This hybrid role is based in Plano, TX, and involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts for various testing scenarios. You will collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure efficient issue resolution and contribute to the automation regression suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing.
  • Align test scripts with acceptance criteria and user stories.
  • Execute automated tests and log defects with detailed reproduction steps.
  • Create and manage test data and environment configurations for automation.
  • Contribute to the automation regression suite and maintain automation assets.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in functional and automation testing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in policy center projects.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
  • Experience with Git Repository and debugging test code issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
